EU GMP certificate

Following the GMP inspections by US FDA in 2002 and 2007, Everlight Chemical's Pharmaceutical Business Unit (API). was inspected by the European Union (EU) authority from March 1st to 3rd this year. Gladly, API passed this rigorous test and was granted the GMP certificate from the Swedish government in mid-June. This certificate reinforces the fact that our GMP quality system is positively affirmed by the international authorities.

Everlight Chemical Industrial Co. became involved in the development of APIs in 1992; with 19 years of experience, the technology for prostaglandins has become highly sophisticated with numerous cardiovascular and glaucoma API s . In addi t ion, a new plant i s under construction and will be completed by Q2 of 2013 to produce anticancer drugs and geriatric drugs. Furthermore, the pharmaceutical BU's core technologies are cooperated with domestic and foreign pharmaceutical firms to develop new APIs, thereby improving the pharmaceutical BU to be a better team with innovative technology and service.
